  1. How Does Wedding Paper Divas Work?

    Wedding Paper Divas offers modern, stylish wedding stationery to help you set the tone for your special day!

    1. Find your favorite design.
    2. Add your personal information about your event.
    3. Choose your envelope preferences, including layered cards, pocket folds or lined envelopes.
    4. Preview your invitations and submit your order.

    After you submit your order, our team of etiquette experts and professional designers will review it for formatting and etiquette and send you a free online proof for your review. Once you approve your digital proof, we will begin printing your order and ship it to you.

  2. How Long Does it Take to Receive My Cards After I Order Them?

    Since all of our orders are personalized and reviewed by our designers, estimated delivery dates include processing time, printing time and shipping time.

    We provide an estimated processing time on each product description page. The first official business day starts at 12:01 am (PT) on the working business day after you place your order. If you place an order on a Monday at 5:00 pm (PT), for example, Tuesday will be the first business day of the processing time for that order (in the case that Tuesday falls on a holiday, Wednesday will be the first business day of the processing time for that order).

  5. International Shipping

    Wedding Paper Divas welcomes all international orders. We recently partnered with a printing facility in Europe to provide a faster turnaround for international orders.

    You can calculate the cost of shipping on the checkout page once you have selected the items in your order. Enter your shipping state or province, postal code, country and the shipping method of your choice, and your shipping options (including cost and estimated delivery date) will appear.

    For certain outside vendor orders where we have to ship from the US, shipping costs may vary. A customer service representative will contact you if any additional costs would be incurred.

    When save the date postcards, save the date magnets, wedding announcement postcards or items from our Letterpress and Thermography Collections are shipped internationally, customers may be subject to customs and/or brokerage charges in addition to a Goods and Services Tax due to UPS at the time of delivery.

    Please note that for any Wedding Paper Divas international mint tin orders, the shipping total you see during checkout will not reflect the final shipping cost. The shipping costs for international mint tin orders vary based on carrier fees, so our customer service specialists will determine the cost of your mint tin order and contact you with your total. We charge at cost for this service.

  6. Do You Offer Digital Proofs?

    Yes. We will send you a complimentary proof the day we process your order. Please approve your proof as soon as possible since we cannot print your cards until you approve the proof—your order's delivery date will be pushed back for each day you delay. We offer two complimentary proofs with every order. Additional proofs may be requested for a $15 fee.

  7. Do You Offer Samples?

    Yes. We encourage guests to order samples from our Signature, Letterpress and Thermography Collections to get a feel for our high quality products in person. To order a sample of a specific product, please click on the "Request Sample" button on that product's description page. Visit our samples ordering page for additional information.

  8. What Paper Types Are Available?

    • Our Signature Collection designs are printed on either uncoated 110-lb. Signature Matte White recycled cardstock or Signature Textured recycled cardstock. Both of these paper types consist of 30% post-consumer waste material.
    • Our Thermography and Letterpress Collections are printed by luxury stationer William Arthur, whose signature white and ecru papers are custom-created exclusively by U.S. mills specializing in fine art and conservation paper. Renowned for its substantial weight, smooth texture and high opacity, William Arthur paper is 100% acid-free, ensuring archival integrity for generations to come.
    • Our Studio Basics collection features eco-friendly 100 lb. smooth matte paper with a semi-glossy coating and is FSC-certified.

  9. Customization Options and Complimentary Services

    All of the designs printed on our Signature Matte White, Signature Textured Ecru and Signature Textured White paper can be customized to suit your special needs. You can change the text, layout and color of many of the elements on the design of your choice. See the tables below for more detailed information about your customization options, along with the fees associated with some of these changes. Please note that designs from our Letterpress and Thermography Collections have limited customization options.

    Customization Charges FREE for a limited time!

    Wedding Suites: A one-time customization fee of $20 $0 is applied to all orders that request any of the changes in the table below within a matching wedding suite, including the following suite components: wedding invitations, response card, reception card, direction/enclosure card, place card and thank you card.

    What Are My Customization Options and How Much Do They Cost?

    You can change font sizes, colors and typefaces during the personalization process. You can also request a custom color for $20 FREE for a limited time per standalone item, or for all of the items in a wedding invitation suite. For more information on customization changes, please contact Customer Service. Excludes Letterpress and Thermography Collections.

    Invitation Suites:
    Some invitation ensembles have dark backgrounds, so we reverse the colors of the matching response cards to help the text stand out more. You can request to have your suite changed to match the response card.1    
    Proofs:
    Your order comes with a complimentary digital proof. We will also provide two additional free proof revisions consisting of text changes or standard layout modifications.

  10. Custom Colors

    If you cannot find a color to suit your needs on our site, we offer Custom Color Options Cards for our Signature Matte White, Signature Textured White and Signature Textured Ecru paper types included in our samples packs. Each color card showcases a distinct collection of the most requested custom colors for its respective paper type. The colors are printed on the same paper as our invitations, and they can be used for any of our designs. Please note, however, that the colors on the Textured Ecru and Textured White Custom Color Options Card can only be used within specific textured paper customization guidelines. To order a Custom Color Options card, simply order any sample on the site—the corresponding card will be included in your samples pack for free!

    If you have a specific color in mind that isn't listed on these cards, please contact our customer service specialists to find out how to best match your Pantone color, CMYK color, swatch or other color sample to one of our color options. For fee details please see the Customization Charges section above.

    Final print colors may vary slightly over time due to regular press calibrations and natural variations in paper weight and stock. As a result, we cannot guarantee an exact color match for orders placed on different dates for the same item or items sharing the same color palette.

  11. Foreign Text and Personal Crests

    If you'd like to submit text or names in a language other than English, or if you'd like to add a personal crest to your design, you can include this information for a customization fee. Please submit an EPS, PDF or AI file since we cannot accept Microsoft Word documents for this type of project due to font licensing restrictions. You can convert a Microsoft Word document into a PDF using a plug-in found at adobe.com. The text in your file must be aligned as you would like to see it printed on your cards.

    Please note that crests that distract from the intent of the original design cannot be used.

    We recommend using crests that contain heavier graphics on enclosure cards. Customers assume responsibility for the images they submit, including copyright and other legal responsibilities. All of these types of files will be evaluated by our professional designers on a case-by-case basis. For more information, please review our Terms of Service.
