Our Wedding Stationery Envelopes and Sizes

Signature Collection

At Wedding Paper Divas, we use Strathmore Writing Wove as our envelope paper source for our Signature Matte White, Signature Textured Ecru and Signature Textured White Collections. We also use premium 80 pound envelope paper to best match the color and reflect the high quality of our invitations and enclosures.

We commonly refer to our envelope sizes as A7, #10, A2, Small Square and RSVP envelopes. Please see below for the actual dimensions of these sizes.

Inner & Outer Envelopes

Many customers choose to send outer envelopes with their wedding stationery to ensure that guests receive clean invitations free from postage marks and other blemishes. The outer envelope should be sealed, but the inner envelope should not be sealed. Please note that if you purchase envelope liners along with the double envelope option for a design from our Signature White Collection, only your inner envelopes will be lined.

Signature Envelope Liners

You can select Signature Liners to accompany the envelopes for most of the designs printed on our Signature Matte White paper by using the drop-down menu on the envelopes page of the personalization process. Please note that liners are not available for #10, A2 or RSVP envelopes, and that envelope liners will only be applied to your inner envelopes if you select the inner envelope option.

William Arthur Letterpress & Thermography Collection Envelopes

The envelopes for our Letterpress and Thermography Collections are customized to match the sizes and paper types of our letterpress and thermography wedding stationery. These envelopes also follow the style of Baronial envelopes, which are traditionally reserved for formal invitations and fine stationery. Please see below for specific dimensions:

Inner & Outer Envelopes

If you choose to include outer envelopes along with your order, the outer envelopes will ensure that guests receive clean invitations free from postage marks and other blemishes. Since the outer envelope will be sealed, the inner envelope flap will not feature adhesive and should not be sealed. If you purchase envelope liners along with the double envelope option for a design from our Letterpress or Thermography Collections, only the inner envelopes will be lined.
